Suggestions
Directions: powdered agar has a gel strength between 500-725 gcm and can be substituted for gelatin in a 1:1 ratio. 1 teaspoon of agar powder is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of gelatin powder. Recipes may vary, so adjust accordingly. Agar powder makes an excellent gelling agent for jams, jellies, puddings, gummy treats, desserts, vegan cheese, and many other recipes.
